Meeting Dates for 2023/2024

Christmas decorating – Saturday 9th December at 1 pm.

User Group Meeting – Wednesday 27th. March 2024 at 7.30 pm.

AGM – Wednesday 30th October 2024 at 7.30 pm.

Ceilidh Saturday 11th May 2024,

7.30 – 11.30pm – Dancing to the Orwell Ceilidh Band – wine and beer bar (cash only please)

Tickets cost £14 (Children £6} and include a light buffet supper. Tickets available from

Regular Bookings

The Hall has a number of regular bookings and is therefore not normally available at these times. Regular bookings are as follows:-

Monday’s 7.30pm till 10.00pm Adults Badminton
Last Monday of each month 7.00 till 9.00pm Community council (not at present)

Tuesday’s 9.30 till 11.30 am Portmoak under fives
Tuesday’s 5.15 till 7.15pm Brownies and 7.15 till 9.15pm Portmoak Guides
Tuesday’s 2nd of each month Community council 7.30 till 9.30pm (not at present)

Wednesday 7.00 till 8.15pm Dance Fit classes

Thursday10.00 till 12.00pm Ladies Badminton
Thursday’s every 2nd of month Bishopshire Friendship Circle 7.00 till 10.00pm
